Welcome to the Flamingo Fitness by Anastasia! This program is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a light, fun workout to get moving.

By the end of this program, you will:

  • Get more toned & lean muscles through strength exercises + dance

  • Lose fat everywhere in the body

  • Boost cardiovascular health + stamina through cardio & dance routines

  • Have more energy, better sleep & feel more confident with every movement

Equipment Needed: Light dumbbells, resistance band, and a mat.

Schedule: Work out 5 days a week, with active rest (stretching or a walk) on Saturday and Sunday.

Motivation: Consistency leads to Momentum over motivation. Even 10 min a day but do it!
