Flamingo Lean & Toned Pilates Legs

By the end of this program, you will get:

  • More lean & toned legs

  • Improved leg strength for better endurance and mobility.

Equipment Needed: 1-5 lb dumbbells, resistance band, and a mat.

Schedule: We work out Monday-Friday, with active rest (stretching or a walk) on Saturday and Sunday.

Structure: Each session includes strength training, and or pilates, followed up with cardio on some days and finishes with a relaxing stretch.
