    • Schedule: we workout Monday-Friday and active rest (with or without walk or stretching) on Saturday & Sunday

    • We will repeat week 1 workouts for 4 weeks. Repetition is important to build sustainable and noticeable results and strength in our bodies. 

    • Workouts are all on-demand. They can be taken on your own time! 

    • Equipment needed: resistance band and dumbbell 

    • Workout Session length: 30-40 Min
