    • Schedule & Structure:
      Workout Monday-Friday, with active recovery (stretch or walk) on the weekends. Each session includes strength, pilates, or a full-body workout, and a stretch.

    • We will repeat week 1 workouts for 4 weeks. Repetition is important to build sustainable and noticeable results and strength in our bodies.      

    • Equipment needed: resistance band & ankle weights

    • Workout Session length: 30 - 60 Min
