This beginner-friendly program combines strength training, Pilates, and cardio.

By the end of this program, you will:

Schedule & Structure:
Workout Monday-Friday, with active recovery (stretch or walk) on the weekends. Each session includes strength, pilates, or a full-body workout, and a stretch.
